Sisters' Islands Marine Park happenings: Feb-Mar 2015

Sunrise intertidal walks have begun at the Park!

Because this is the time of the year when the low tides have switched to the morning! Here's a glimpse at some of the public walks, thanks to photos shared by visitors and guides!


It is easy to explore the intertidal shores at low tide!

But you will see more and do less damage to the shore if you go with an experienced guide. Here's more about why you should go on a guided walk instead of visiting on your own.

It is the Land hermit crab. Because they live on the litter line,
they are no longer common on our mainland shores
which are cleaned every day.
